Jacqueline Warrington began her training with the jewellery designer, Pamela Dickinson and then went on to study at Bradford school of art and, finally, at Sheffield Polytechnic where she studied silversmithing as well as jewellery design, graduating in 1984. She has been working as a jewellery designer and silversmith ever since then and has exhibited widely over the years in exhibitions such as Goldsmiths Fair, Goldsmiths North, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Dazzle, York Open Studios and, recently, a one person show  titled ‘Curiosity’ at the Ropewalk Gallery.
Jacqueline uses traditional techniques such as hand raising, forging
and, in particular, chasing and repousse. She works in silver, gold and precious stones and works a lot to commission.
The work ranges from re-designing clients’ family heirlooms to
making a silver communion chalice!
