Emma Keating is based in Kent and creates silver jewellery energised by her love of the natural world and its creatures. Emma tries to capture the true spirit of the creatures (or plants) that have inspired her. She models her subjects from scratch and working from portfolios of photographs showing unusual angles of each creature. This enables her to understand the full three dimensional image of the creature and model as close as possible to its actual shape, undersides included.
