Amelia Appleby is based in Hazelmere, Surrey but her love for jewellery and gemstones began as a teenager while backpacking around India. Marvelling at the many brilliant stones and exquisite designs that she discovered there, her life-long passion for creating exceptional jewellery was born.
After studying jewellery design and manufacturing at The London Metropolitan University, she went on to work alongside some of the finest goldsmiths in Buckinghamshire, where she honed her technical skills and gained extensive industry knowledge.
Although she enjoyed working for traditional jewellers, there was a strong desire to create more colourful, imaginative, handmade pieces.
